An excellent process inside an organization, leads to a big progress in a
future.
During the project, in the Systemboard Systems Company, a diagnosis was
made, where it was possible to detect the necessities and demands that the company
has. According to the diagnosis, the Human Resources Apartment did not have a
good development on its processes, giving a guideline to implement a management
model based on skills, where the Recruitment and Selection sub-system is involved.
The principal target of this new Process of Recruitment and Selection is to
find the most suitable staff for the organization. This goal has been achieved thanks
to the support of the collaborators. During this process it was evident how the staff,
both the old and the new, daily looks for the lining up of their personal aims with the
aims of the organization.
At the beginning, a study of the job profiles of the organization was made.
This study was the start point to create a new format based on skills. It is important
to say that all the delivered products are designed to perform a correct development
of the process. They were built with planned activities and with the support of the
employees of the company.
In a future, correct administration of the material and human resources will
make the organization grow on its business turnaround with the only fact of having
constant changes in the processes that the company manages. |
