Sumario: The present work compiles the systematization of the intervention and the experience of the practice in the San Patricio Fiscomisional Educational Unit, through the application of conduct modification techniques to the students of the Third Year of Basic General Education, to help the teacher and the student in an environment suitable for coexistence in the classroom. The systematization of the experience is based on the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the inadequate behaviors registered at the beginning and at the end of the intervention in a group and individual way. The methodology of this project is descriptive and leads to the description of techniques such as the interview, and the instruments used as individual behavioral observation records and the MESSY Scale. The pretest and post test of the instruments had positive results that were possible by the application of the operant techniques of behavior change such as Positive Reinforcement, Molding, Cost of Response and Chip Economy, which allowed developing suitable behaviors in the students. Behavior modification techniques were effective because they allowed students to learn and increase appropriate behavior through supportive reinforcers, fostering coexistence in the classroom
