Sumario: This research analyzes reflexively , how the identity of women in politics is configured through discourse analysis mechanisms within the power of the State -Capitalist Patriarchal and Colonial Culture . Considering speech as the construction of meaning in the identity correlated with the everyday, from which arises understand how discourse becomes a mechanism generating strategies and effects of specific power traversing the identity of women in our political culture. This research was performed by three case studies in Ecuador, which allows observation of the effects of power in certain contexts and understanding of how power in official speeches interwoven identities and consequently certain leadership of women in the Ecuadorian politics as a contribution to the discussion of Political Feminism, gender Studies and power, Identity, Culture and State under the Political Anthropology .
