For many people the word "saving", has no significant meaning, especially when we
don´t live or have lived in a culture of savings.
The objective of this project is the creation of a savings and investment plan for
Coface´s employees, which aims to build a culture of savings and a money
background.
The creation of savings and investment program is composed of people living in a
community or belong to the same institution, which aims is spread a saving culture,
have a money background, and provide loans to its members.
This project has been developed over these 6 months is based on technical criteria
such as analysis through surveys, of source texts , etc. as well as the involvement of
the company as part of a corporate social responsibility, providing a percentage of
salary to employees who contribute at least 100 USD monthly basis. |
