This paper proposes a methodology of internal control to prevent and mitigate risks and environmental impacts of road civil construction sector in the Metropolitan District of Quito, case JOP Engineering Master SA Company, for which an initial study was conducted on the internal control, its importance, components, objectives, among others.
INEC information which indicates that the population growth in Quito significantly advances, why the need for mobility has increased and the demand for road projects also were obtained. It is for this reason that the INEC to survey the construction sector result was that only 0.51% boasts an environmental management system, ie 99.49% do not have. |
