This research is focused on identifying the entrepreneurship ideas of graduates of business administration career, taking the principal elements that motivated to develop any business, and which others elements have discouraged to decide be entrepreneurs.
We investigated who undertook and were successful, also who undertook and failed, and who never undertook. The results allowed us to elaborate the respective analysis of information, and in this way we proved that the mission of the Salesian Polytechnic University is not fully complying, taking like reference the political, economic, and social area.
We took as principal elements the financial area, the main obstacles in a entrepreneurship, also the main elements that contribute to make it successful, the social responsibility and finally which is the most important that all entrepreneur have to know in his business initiative. |
