The present document shows an analysis to the policies of economic incentives
implemented during the government of the economist Rafael Correa for the
acquisition of vehicles of public transport in the city of Quito.
The exoneration of duties, the process to turn vehicles into scrap, and a credit line in
the “ Corporación Financiera Nacional ” , this are the three incentives implemented
with the intention to renew, to improved and to stimulate the market of
transportation. Looking for the reduction of the environmental pollution, and the
improvement of the quality of the service that the segment offers to the citizenship.
It analyzes for the operation of the plan scheme, the member institutions and the
operability of each one of them. What allows us to know the process in which the
transporter incurs, since it initiates the management until it finishes it, to be able to
renew his old vehicle. |
