Sumario: Many Ecuadorian companies recognize the importance of improving their processes, but they are not sufficiently prepared to accept new challenges due to the difficulty that entails the implementation of these techniques, so companies have redesigned their organization in the physical aspect, others in their processes focusing directly to the customers in order to turn them into effective and efficient companies by fulfilling their demands and needs. The objective of this study is to present a proposal for a model of administrative management for SUMEQUIPVEGA CIA. LTDA. based on strategic and operational, planning as well as the creation of management indicators through a scorecard As a reason of that a situational diagnosis of the company was arranged based on the external and internal environments in which there is an evidence of different strengths, and opportunities that should be enhanced, as well as the threats and weaknesses that should be mitigated by a proposal for a model of administrative management. The proposal of the model of administrative management has been focused on different aspects as the approach of the strategic objectives that are directly related to the mission and vision of the company, training and instructional plans, the implementation of a system of statistical control in order to create a future-action plan to take correct decisions and succeed with the mail goal of the company that is to increase its profitability.
