Sumario: The present work is a proposal that it allows to propitiate the civic formation and the progressive exercise of the Ten Universal Rights in the Children and Girls First years old, of the Mixed Fiscal School Luis Pallares Zaldumbide of Yaruquí. It approaches the historical level and the evolution of the Rights of the children and girls, the characteristics of the children and 5 year-old girls, inside the aspect cognitive, language, affective, motive, environmental partner and game, as well as the importance of the infantile story inside the educational process used as resource for the teaching of the rights of the children and girls with the purpose of achieving the learning of this topic in form dynamics and amusing. For this reason, the Didactic Guide developed at the end of this work contains ten stories related with the Ten Universal Rights of the Children and Girls approved by the General Assembly of the Organization of the United Nations.
