This project will define all the information of the current situation of the Company,
the historical background, organizational culture, products and services offered, flow
chart, among others, additional detailed survey data from which the information was
obtained to raise our proposal. Finally, our project will find the proposal, which has
the general programming, the performance evaluation process to follow, the
performance evaluation form as each group finally identifies the conclusions and
recommendations are the result of the development of this project.
It is important to know that human talent is essential and the only promoter to
achieve organizational goals along with a number of processes and resources; you
can achieve results equal to or better than expected, in order to make a profit
collective or individual strengthening the spirit of the company and promoting
teamwork |
