This work develops a project for the creation of a microenterprise sports clothing windbreaker type heaters to support the social reintegration of people with alcoholism, drug addiction and codependency, through the generation of jobs, and production of new resources that allow FORJAR continues the implementation of its activities.
The study comprises the market study in the city of Quito, although there is a range of competitive type heaters windbreak, found an unmet demand to achieve due to high costs and unaffordable for most in the current market, so it has identified the opportunity to meet this niche market with domestic products at reasonable prices.
Through a technical study, management is designed split the best production; specify the macro and micro location of the plant, technical project design, operational human resource, and the production process and marketing.
The information generated expressed in monetary terms, and it was the base to develop the financial survey, that determined the feasibility of implementing the project and its risk level, initially demonstrating the impact that will provide people who have overcome their addiction problems; the opportunity to secure employment in the horizon of life of the project, in turn generate resources so that they can sustain financially and economically to their families who have been most affected and finally to FORJAR Foundation through the cooperation in monetary resources. |
