This paper grade is based on the desingn of a comunity turism plan managed by Junta Parroquial de Atahualpa for which it has implemented the data collection through surveys and Focus Groups which have resulted that people would be interested in in furthering the ecological and adventure tourism as proposed below. This study also provides three alternatives so there is a variety of prices ranging according to the needs of demand obtained
The Community tourism plan has a useful life of five years but the value of your investment will be recovered around the end of its third year, according to the financial analysis it is both feasible and profitable, taking into account the costs and the revenue that the project will generate each year, including your initial investment being made is very little because you only invest in camping equipment, protection equipment, office furniture, computers and several furniture, for a right functioning, to the project has no direct competition reason why the sector will vary as your demand.
Atahualpa habitants are searching a mutual benefit that generate jobs and financial resources so this plan is recommended its implementation. |
