Sumario: The Enterprise EnovaBusiness S.A., in order to have modern technologies to response to the actual market and provide a solution to the departments problems making them more efficient, for this reason has decided to build a help system to the Talent Management Department. The following graduation document present a development of a system that have an objective to be a support tool to the recruitment of the business, allowing that the activities be fast in the selection and preselection stages of candidates. Extreme Programming is the Agile Methodology that has been used to build the present software project it allows work with the user at all times in the different stages and permits an ordered programming, achieving adaptability in the mediumsized projects. The web application is the main system and has the function to manage the different areas of the recruitment process for generating the requisitions staff and selection of candidates, also presents immediate real information for proper decision making. The mobile application as a complementary system shows the summary results of the process. The system improves the way to perform activities of the recruitment process, because the generation of queries, the answers to requisitions and reporting are made immediately, shortening response times. In the same way presents the application data by the candidates, avoiding the use of paper that is normally generated in the department and consolidating the information on the internet where it is available all times. Finally let’s get the results of the process as a summary for easy interpretation by graphs and according to the query options and indicators that the system offers. Reasons why the application seeks to be an important tool in the optimal and objective selection of candidates in the recruitment of staff that the company requires.
