Due to the new standards used for talent management and the importance that should be given to the safety of workers, also known as occupational safety and health, it was established that companies should comply with new laws that encourage such practices.
This paper reflects the methodology needed to implement an audit process for the areas of Human Resource and Safety and Occupational Health dedicated to the construction, compliance shall be verified here in efficiency and effectiveness of all processes and their correct integration to achieve the optimization of resources.
Chapter 1 discusses and defines the essential terms of human talent, safety, occupational health, auditing, and components used throughout the methodology in addition to the current legislation on which the verification of compliance is based.
Chapter 2, details general information of "ARB Ecuador Cia. Ltda." Company; starting from economic activity to its current situation, this data is obtained by applying a Mathematician SWOT.
Chapter 3, we proceed with the development of the methodology of the audit process contemplating the planning, execution, reporting and monitoring. Based on the analysis of the information obtained from the company, the next step will be the implementation of programs, procedures, techniques and tests determined by the auditor to allow the verification and compliance with the standards to which the entity is governed. |
