Sumario: This research is aimed at NUDEC SA Company dedicated to the commercialization of different lines of products for the home and the food industry, being an organization that for years a source of work improving the quality of life for working families. With the development of a marketing plan for NUDEC SA required the company to achieve better positioning and simultaneously increase its market share in the city of Quito, so it was able to increase its sales to final consumers direccionandolas. In research an analysis of the internal and external situation to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in order to assess the position in which the company is in the market place. market research is performed by applying surveys to find out what would be the acceptance for the implementation of the project. With the SWOT analysis and description, objectives and strategies, enabling them to develop the marketing plan, it will allow to improve the position and participation of the company will be held NUDEC SA During the implementation of permanent control plan will be maintained through reports and reports that will be essential to ensure compliance with the objectives and compliance strategies.
