Sumario: |
The present project is designed and construct a reel to wire electric wire of ACAR
type 750 MCM for the Metal Industry "SITEC".
It is divided into three chapters detailed below.
Chapter I contains the background, objectives and scope of the project; indicates
basic definitions about reels, ratings, subtypes, constituents, and recommended
dimensions.
Three alternatives are also established and based on the analysis of the main
characteristics or parameters such as capacity, useful life and cost of each one, the
best option is chosen.
It also shows the calculation formulas and the assembly process.
Chapter II includes the development of calculations, design, dimensioning of the
component parts of the reel and describes the selection of materials to be used.
Chapter III identifies direct costs, such as raw materials and handwork, and indirect
costs such as transportation, consumables and basic engineering, which, when
added together will reveal the total cost of the reel. The profit margin is determined,
and the internal rate of return and the net present value are calculated.
It also includes a simulation analysis using the ANSYS Software Version 17.1
Finally, we present the conclusions of the objectives set out at the beginning of the
project, the recommendations for the future and the annexes such as plans,
operating and maintenance manuals and reference list. |
