Sumario: The project with over fifteen years of experience entitled Tic Tic, was created by Foundation ChasquiKom as a permanent training program, which seeks to share knowledge around communication both in traditional media and non-traditional (film, photography, journalism, radio, video, etc.) especially children, youth and students of social communication or communication fans; and they are the main participants in this area. Where the provision of a communicative, participatory and collaborative education, supported by technological means serve to create communicational proposals given by them and for them. this documentary reportage in order to publicize the work of this project is created, focusing on the process that has led them to children and young people interested in communication, and in the process have kept the volunteers of the Foundation for formed as workshop in this area, where the use of ICT and Educommunication have served to showcase their skills through websites, blogs, online radios and different YouTube channels belonging to the ChasquiKom Foundation; It is important for the presentation of new elements in, appealing to children and youth, and essentially necessary for learning obtained with the project assistants and workshops given by the foundation communicative and educational system. Setting an example for many others interested in communication to integrate as workshop, teachers, volunteers or students.
