Sumario: The Design and Application of a Training Program for Educators, that allows improving the teaching-learning process in adolescents between 15 and 18 years of age with educational lag of the ninth grade of general education of the San Patricio School workshop, during the period March - July of 2018, arose from the problems that the educational institution was going through. The approach that was worked on in the training program is based on the principles of constructivism, fundamentally on the meaningful learning of Ausubel, and an education for all and for life. The project aims to design and implement a training program for educators, which will guide their actions in the teaching-learning process, favoring integral development in adolescents. The project was carried out in two moments, the first moment was the theoretical training for educators, here the topics that encompass the significant learning of Ausubel, regulations of the ministry and institutions, foundations of an education for all, education for life were discussed., and implementation of basic learning for life in the classroom. The second moment was the practical part; in which the educators had to translate the contents through classroom activities. Finally, through a comparative analysis of the results before and after the application of the training program, achievements were shown in relation to the teaching-learning process.
