A thorough analysis of the external and internal environment of the Foundation, establishing the main political, social, economic and technological factors affecting the programs developed by the Organization in this process highlights the controls and interference of politics in the operation of these businesses and the threat posed by the resurgence of the regulations in operation, plus opportunities are highlighted as the ability to manage business and personal support locally and internationally. |
