Sumario: This thesis: "Control and Monitoring of Burnerds and Blowers in Plant Novaseros S.A.", is based on specific improvements to control parameters in the galvanizing process. In the process of hot-dip galvanized determinants exist to ensure the quality of the product, in this thesis arises a need to control efficiently and reliably these parameters to maintain a constant production stops and minimized the equipment. To achieve a fully integrated set of automation devices via a Profibus network that permanently and under instruction SETTING maintain the required parameters ensuring optimum product quality. The main parameters are:  Temperature of molten zinc where the immersion of the material, as measured by a thermocouple type J and connected to an analog input module of a PLC S7-300.  4 engine speeds for immersion and removing the processed pipe regulated by four variable speed networked Synamics Profibus.  Blowing time inside the pipe regulated by a second screen HMI (Human Machine Interface). The control is performed by an HMI screen which was programmed by the recipes for the various types of piping are processed plant with a single pulse and calibrating all the aforementioned parameters. Additionally deletes the control wiring through a team of ET-200S periphery, only used the power wiring to actuators.
