Sumario: For the development of research the "psychosocial factors and their impact on employment levels of the Public Enterprise Centre for Continuing Education came up with the main interest in identifying the effect on psychosocial risks in all areas of the company, looking for the sole purpose of preventing and propose an improvement plan and response possible outcomes as high stress levels, absenteeism, violence, harassment, sexual harassment, burnout or contractual uncertainty that could incur physical illnesses, work-family conflict, low productivity, accidents or damage to third parties and counterproductive work behaviors that harm our servers and our company. The study of psychosocial factors and their detection and prevention work was based on the book "psychosocial risk factors, Forms, Consequences, Measures and Best Practices" of Bernardo Moreno Jiménez and Carmen Baez León except the evaluation methodology was applied Navarra test according to the reality of the company itself. Public Enterprise Centre for Continuing Education CEC EP, has in its organizational structure transition with General Management, Management Company, Administrative Financial Management, Academic Management, Demand Management with a total of 54 public servants. The need arises for consideration to demonstrate the existence of psychosocial risk factors and proposed a plan for improvement considering the recent creation of the company and the workability and mobility servers to improvement plans and changes in the public sector of Ecuador.
