Sumario: In the Achuar people, it is very interesting for parents that their children reach higher education, unfortunately there are many limitations that are especially manifest in women in the following cases; lack of creation of higher education in different specialties, little participation of women, attitudes of families, lack of economic resources, interest from a very early age in marriage, lack of access to educational scholarships, health problems, cultural context, others. These factors influence the participation of women, because they feel unable to achieve their goals, because they do not have enough importance in society, since there is great complexity in their civic and competitive life, this occurs especially among women of different cultures. Therefore, this level of education, favors every day to those who achieve with much effort, leave their place of daily housing and go in search of a better quality of life, as those who do are favored in many aspects, such as intellectual, economic and social development. It should be noted that the men and women who manage to leave their communities to continue preparing are very few, this is a very common and regrettable reality within our territory. In order to carry out the research work, I applied the inductive method in a qualitative way, through the analysis, previous account of the situations in the selected communities and use of technological materials to contribute to the information.
