This technical project is aimed at automating the process of evaluation of human resources
in EGAR S.A., a company that creates and markets friction materials (automotive brakes),
with the collaboration of the Head of Systems Department and the person in charge of
Human Resources could implement this computer tool, which will be helpful when
managing assessments and training of staff who works in the company.
Using this application to employees of the company is allow to enter the corresponding
performance assessments, competence and training data, as well as the staff administering
the system will have the ease of obtaining information through reports and management
indicators that will help decision making with regard to improving the performance of
employees and thus achieve the objectives set by the company.
This application was developed with the XP methodology, which allows greater
interaction between developers and the customer final throughout the project to thus adapt
the software to the needs of the company, this system was created on free platforms such
as the development language PHP with GUI Framework Codeigneiter, the PostgreSQL
database and a server with Centos Linux operating system. |
