Sumario: In May 2014 the company proposes the construction DIMENSIONAL an automated oven for electrostatic paint curing. The furnace structure comprises three layers, the inner furnace chamber is comprised of stainless steel AISI 304, the section to thermal insulation is made of glass wool and the outside of the furnace consists of stainless steel AISI 316. For electrical resistance heating furnace used nickel - chrome, for measuring an RTD PT100 temperature sensor and the system contains air circulation duct into the furnace is used. To control the system programming a programmable logic controller PLC SIMATIC S7-1200. Develops fuzzy logic programming for selecting various paint finishes generated in the process of electrostatic paint curing: matt and shiny. This is achieved by selecting the type of paint, time and corresponding temperature value. The implementation of the oven is intended to improve the productive capacity of the enterprise, minimize effects on the environment and prioritize job security in their operations.
