Sumario: This thesis was proposed to study the forms of bullying and their possible causes and consequences, in a sample of 272 students of high school early college joint technical national UNE in the city of Quito through a survey and three groups focal whose results were obtained through statistical percentages and discourse of students in terms of the major categories. Therefore, the teenagers recognize the existence of bullying as part of daily school life, which is dominated psychological violence followed verbal or physical violence mainly by the existence of unequal power, that is to say, by a imbalance of power between the strongest and the weakest.
