Through this research we want to make known the importance of a real estate project since housing means much more than protection against the weather and external elements. It is fundamental for the development of individual capacities and family ties. It can be a source of security and stability for households, especially for the urban population in situations of poverty. It is also frequently a place of work. In this sense, although it is not in itself sufficient to guarantee decent housing conditions, home ownership tends to be a widespread and highly valued aspiration. But it should not be associated with socioeconomic conditions. Many poor households are owners of inadequate housing or lots of land with temporary buildings, hence the importance of the professional to create construction alternatives to meet all the needs of these populations by applying appropriate construction processes and finding appropriate ways of financing to meet the need of having a decent and adequate housing. |
