Titling this work aims to point out the practices of teaching language in the second
year of basic General education, in the parallel "B" school "Juan Montalvo"
belonging to the parish of González Suárez, province of Imbabura, where took place
the observation with the teacher in charge of the group, evaluating the development
and skill in the area of language , in the educational context, where it was observed
how primary aspects: planning, methodology, classroom and assessment activities,
which it could collect information via a tab of observation.
This research used the qualitative methodology, describing the subjects in their
natural and social environment allowing to understand and explain the problem that
arises in the research, taking a broader view of how the teacher work in the field of
language, identifying some shortcomings on the mode of teaching in the same.
This study aims to demonstrate the professional performance of the teacher, sharing
and strengthening the experiences and procedures, which is carried out every day in
the school, where the main and largest teachers challenge will be to continue their
daily work with enthusiasm and dedication, but above all to promoting
multiculturalism and equality of rights and gender to educate their students. |
