The auditing is a systematic review of the activities of an organization in relation to the objectives, to evaluate the performance, identify opportunities for improvement and generate recommendations.
With this premise board the first chapter that can come in the context of audit, homogenize the employee technical language and unify criteria and basic concepts. The second chapter will identify, describe and evolutionary analysis of the current situation of the Association of Employees of the Honorable Provincial Council of Pichincha and depending on its results will be concluded with a SWOT matrix. The third chapter explains the methodology for implementing a performance audit on which will frame the applied test audit, focusing mainly fully understand their phases are: planning the audit and review of legislation and regulations, assessment system of internal control, development of findings (depth examination of critical areas), report writing and communication of results, and monitoring.
Will make a statement of objectives, purposes and means in the fourth chapter to conduct the model design a performance audit, the same to be applied
The conclusions and recommendations that were reached after the research is completed will be addressed. |
