This project consists of the design and construction of a hammer mill, which has a capacity to crush 15 qq / h of stony mineral to produce biofertilizers.
Physical properties and composition of the stony material are detailed as is calcium sulfate, calcium carbonate and marble, with which it is determined that the marble with 3 (Mohs) has greater degree of hardness.
By comparative analysis of alternatives between ball mill, bars and hammers, select the conditions that allow selecting the hammer mill as the most appropriate option for the development of the proposed objective.
The main elements of the mill are designed as: hammers, main shaft, secondary shaft, selection of electric motor, belts, hopper, screen, among others.
For the relative calculation of its mechanical components is considered the effort to break the stone and a safety factor of 3. |
