Sumario: The embody cognition enters in the epistemologic vision of the minimum realism, that is to say, of how it is the world independently of us. That approach implies the active participation of the subject, avoiding the return to the aristotelismo, with the adjustment of the subject to the object. The subject before to infer, which it is an act of cognitive impression, one inquires, reason why the entrances, through the senses, preform knowing. The methodology that maintains and describes this process of entrance and inference, call in science Botton-up and Topdown; first he is ascending and afferent and the second he is descendent and efferent. With this methodology one affirms that the embody cognition is a moderate realism, whose fundamental category is the relation.
