Sumario: This project is carried out from the need to implement a new process of molding in the plastics industry, in order to provide information that is useful for the production of models in high density polyethylene. Consequently, it will start with an overview consisting of polymers, polyethylene, plastics manufacturing processes and especially through rotational molding process. It is noteworthy that according to the progress taking place in the thesis will be detailed operation of each component to its design, that is why a chapter design theories to be used for this calculation is indicated shall be submitted and for each part of the machine rotational molding simulation. The design of rotomolding machine will be performed to a maximum load to bear arms straight in mobile carts 1000kg, having independent car may take advantage of the duty cycles more efficiently, as well as a better adaptation of the heat.
