Sumario: In the workforce in which advice is given about HIV/AIDS an unjust perception has been given to the public. learning how to enjoy one's individual and partner's sexual life has been deemed with many cultural, social, family an personal prejudicies wich represent a risk for both an individual's and couple's integral health, this leads to one of the consequences of morbimortality due to HIV/AIDS. HIV/AIDS in Ecuador is a concentrated epidemic, thos means that the highest number of cases of HIV/AIDS is in the population is more exposed to risky behavior, e trans people, gay men, bisexual and other men who have sex with men. With this background it is proposed to conduct a study to help this group to reduce risky behavior and help to improve your lifestyle. The study is part of the management of sexual assertiveness in gay men diagnosed with HIV, who are members of the unit of comprehensive care for people living with HIV/AIDS, Enrique Garcés hospital.
