Evaluación de la actividad antioxidante de los extractos (alcohólico y acuoso) de las hojas de ficus citrifolia y caracterización química de los polifenoles.
The antioxidant activity of the fluids extracts, watery, alcoholic 20%, 50% and 80%, of Ficus citrifolia was evaluated by the essays of DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) and ABTS (2,2' Azinobis-3-etil-benzotiazolin-6-sulfonic acid), and also was quantified the total fenols and flavonoids. Th...

Sumario: |
The antioxidant activity of the fluids extracts, watery, alcoholic 20%, 50% and 80%, of Ficus citrifolia was evaluated by the essays of DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) and ABTS (2,2' Azinobis-3-etil-benzotiazolin-6-sulfonic acid), and also was quantified the total fenols and flavonoids. The Ficus citrifolia 80% alcoholic extract’s values were significant for all of them and very closer to the 50% alcoholic extract of green tea (Camellia sinensis).
The lowest IC50’s value, for the radical scavenging DPPH, was 380,366 μg/mL of the 80% alcoholic extract and the highest values were of the watery extract with 1299,218 μg/mL. |
