Sumario: Designing a marketing plan for the Savings and Credit Cooperative July 23 comes from the need of the institution to promote their products and services to a new cluster of people looking for a solid financial institution in the city of Quito. The cooperative in this study to not have a plan that allows you to know the ways to channel their products and services and know the target market which was developing. In conducting this study gives the start of a new period in regards to marketing within the institution, in order to effectively reach the minds of consumers in the city.
