The objective of this research is to analyze how the financial situation of Constructor Banderas & Banderas affects the approval of the Law of Goodwill through the study, analysis of the information provided by the Constructor.
For the development of this study, research and audit techniques are applied, which is the survey and internal control questionnaire of the Constructora, which allowed to determine that the company did not have the liquidity to continue the construction of the Ibiza Housing Project due to the cancellation of the Vilanova Housing and Office Project in 2016. |
