This thesis job refers to the design of a tool for the evaluation of performance for
both the trial and for the annual evaluation, by reference to the importance of this
structural and systematic process, which can measure and detect weaknesses and skills,
besides having by his measuring actual results and objectives on the performance of
employees, in order to discover to what extent is productive for the company's
performance achieved by workers, since what is not measured can’t be improved
The draft statement, executed in this paper presents a new model of performance
appraisal for insurance broker, noting that its core business is the commercial area, why
the tool was designed according to the needs of the company highlighting the design and
development of a tool made and concatenated with the culture of the company.
It is important to note that this evaluation method is designed with the new
reforms in the Labour Code, which stipulates that passed the trial period (90 days), the
contracting partner becomes undefined, for this reason it is important to own Actual
results showing the performance of the employee to keep hiring or give terminated.
Finally, with the results achieved in this intervention project results are tested for their
impact and objectivity in the company. |
