becomes increasingly important to pay more attention to those who are responsible for
the success or failure of the organizations.
The Human Resource, better known nowadays as Human Talent, represents the source
of life of institutions, because they are who give their time, knowledge, ideas and
creativity, in order to achieve the objectives of the organization.
Knowing this, it is essential to apply a performance evaluation system into a public
company whose operational staff cannot be evaluated at the same way as an
administrative worker, because it provides a different service that is to save lives and
protect property from disasters. |
