Sumario: On the base of this investigation, it was developed a proposal for an administrative model of social responsibility for the company AQUATIX CLUB SPA, the purpose is to provide the necessary knowledge about Corporate Social Responsibility and the importance of its application. This approach is useful to guide a business management based on values and ethical principles, which is aware of the impacts that can be generated in different interest groups. For the development of this proposal, different investigative techniques were applied, such as: surveys, interviews and observation. Through the SWOT analysis, it was possible to identify the weaknesses of the company and on the base of this analysis, the possible solutions were proposed in order to overcome the shortcomings of the company and thus, generate a greater commitment of the staff. Each one of the strategies proposed in this administrative model, were made specifically for the interest groups on which company should focus in a comprehensive way to achieve Corporate Social Responsibility. Through the use of statistical methods, the percentages of the main weaknesses of the company were established. The most important are: internal communication, relationship with the external customer, suppliers, business philosophy. The application of this administrative model, allows the promotion of the staff commitment with the mission, vision, and shared values; to improve the quality of communication within the organization through the use of new media; to implement programs of motivation and incentives based on the performance of each employee; and the correctly handling of resources with an environmental criteria.
