To analyze the feasibility of the project development and product marketing such as fruit
lunchbox and fruit arrangements, in the city of Quito, it´s objective is to provide healthy
food considering it´s beneficial qualities.
The first section gives a brief analysis of the current situation of Ecuador referring to the
food industry and people eating habits.
The market survey shows the major competitors, suppliers, the type of demand and
quality of healthy food in Quito.
Technical study provides information on the capacity of the project, location, availability
of labor, quantity and quality of raw material, describes the process and production flow
chart. |
