Chapter I.
Refers to the objectives, rationale, scope, assumptions of this project. Justifying
the need to design and build a hydrated lupine peeler machine with a capacity of
25 kg / h the same approach to meeting a specific need for a sector that requires
increasing production.
Chapter II.
Begins with the study of history and overview of lupine such as botanical
description, chemical composition, nutritional value, etc. The following is an
investigation into the development and production of lupine. arable soil
characteristics and agro-industrial process it.
Chapter III.
We propose three alternative design lupine peeler machine based on need and
demand for the machine, as the first alternative is considered a machine peeler
lupine with a roller and conveyor belt, a machine as a second option of lupine by
peeler drive screw, and finally a machine by means lupine peeler roller.
Then select the most appropriate by the method of weighted criteria.
Chapter IV.
Is carried out the mechanical design of the machine considering the design of the
rolls which will be in contact with the lupine, the angular velocity of the reduction
between the crankshaft and the drive shaft, the selection of the pulleys and belts
that are will use in the transmission.
Calculate the power required for the machine, sprockets are selected and
calculated the forces involved in this transmission and the torque generated by
them.
We proceed to dimension the axes by static and dynamic analysis, structural
analysis reveals that the selected profiles are correct.
A simulation stress and deformation of the structural elements by software
MDSSOLID and SOLIDEDGE ST2.
Chapter V.
Are developed shop drawings and process sheets peeler machine lupine
specifying each of the procedures were performed with the respective elements of
the machine.
This is followed by a cost analysis in order to have a conception of the initial
investment in the machine.
Chapter VI.
We prepared a maintenance manual in order to ensure smooth operation of the
machine.
This chapter also presents some conclusions and recommendations on the design
and construction of the machine |
