In this Project we have implemented a control system and remote monotoring for the rearing process, counting and transporting of alevins fry and Logo PLC in each respective case.
In the first stage of breeding is done with software monitoring Intouch 10 and PLC is programmed with the level sensors for four vats, which will display high, medium and low level turn is indicative of audible alarms as high and low, if the average level sensing also trigger a pump to supply water if the sensor is operated under the valve is actuated thet is connected to oxygen, to forewarn the life of the alevines, also have reports in Access.
It designs and implements electronic devices such as data acquisition board to improve the operation of counting of alevines the fry stage, as it has indicators to display the operator is aware of the alevines fry that passes through the machine. |
