Sumario: This project presents the design of a strategic plan to improve teamwork, since within the organization several factors that cause problems in the management of human talent and influence the behavior of employees and directly in the determined working environment. An Important element for developing strategies to implement within this work is to know the human talent management and involvement in the organization, meet the objectives, the process of selection and recruitment that takes place within the organization. It boasts an analysis of data through surveys of employees Luxus Blumen SA, Addition has been made to indicate one SWOT strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats through this obtain an order of them being Dwellings and impact within the organization. This leads to the planning and development of different strategies to provide a solution to the problems encountered, therefore it is proposed to focus the business philosophy, also a manual function is developed to meet the charge must occupy each individual within the company and tasks to fulfill, as well as a process of recruitment is also implemented, which job application, a guide to the selection of persons, psychological testing and finally detailed medical examinations. At present communication, training and motivation are available to all companies and the only difference that can exist between organizations are colleagues and the ability to adapt to change as long as, training enables them to obtain the expected results, thus improving teamwork, leaving aside individualism and sharing lessons learned among all employees.
