The next project involves the design and construction of a shredder machine morochillo whole, this aims to implement production morochillo match for the consumption of animal food, thus acquiring party product is avoided. The project consists of:
Chapter one concerning the leading theory of the origin of corn, conditions for a corn is hard or soft, types of major mills which could perform this grinding is why certain parameters are evaluated for selection best alternative millstone and design theory is showing characteristics of the materials used in the machine and formulas used for the respective calculations of each element within it.
Chapter two, calculations for the design of the components of the mill, is part of the force necessary to achieve a broken morochillo, is also required machine capacity is 25 kg/h, determined by the demand that has the business by small agricultural businesses nearby.
The machine consists of designing a grinding chamber in which is located a drive shaft with two discs, the same charge of transmitting movement to fixed countershafts carrying the hammers, which move by centrifugal force grinding grains morochillo, also it consists of design parts such as grinding chamber housing, hopper inlet and outlet morochillo, structure and drive system of the machine.
The elements are designed based on technical specifications, for these reasons they are in contact with food are made of stainless steel, while those who are not are carbon steel.
