This document analyzes the Human Development Grant from the perspective of economic and social inclusion in the Quitumbe area, Quito canton, and Pichincha province during the period 2009-2013.
The Quitumbe area lacks current and actual information about social and economic conditions of the population in extreme poverty, which is dissipated territorially. For which we take the information gathered by the Censo de Población y Vivienda 2010, which were identified and described the elements that reflect the current situation related to economic and social aspect of the Quitumbe area.
Referent to BDH supply and demand for the service is analyzed and a qualitative survey of the aspects of health, education, housing, income and basic service coverage of beneficiaries is done and the perception of the inhabitants of the area were also explores Quitumbe about BDH, to approximate the current status of service.
Subsequently a public policy is formulated based on the results of the survey and analysis of supply and demand, which proposes the extension of coverage in order to take advantage of social services offered in the market and aimed at producing positive effects on the quality of life of the beneficiary population BDH of Quitumbe area. |
