Taking into account the marked lack of basic services in the rural level of our
country, the present graduation thesis wants to give a technical solution that can be
both environmentally friendly and economical so that the rural communities located
in the highlands can be benefited.
Besides, the development has taken into consideration all the legal norms that have
something to do with the environmental care and preservation. The evaluation and
environmental impact are referred to in chapter IV and the environmental
management plan in the following chapter.
It would be really important this paper content could get to the benefited hands
through the community department outreach. I am really sure through carrying out
this thesis; I have cooperated to solve a recurrent problem in the rural communities
of our country. |
