Sumario: The context of this theoretical work attempts to prove harmonious life between man and nature with all the cultural and educational values that are held daily in each of the families in our community. This work was done in the community of Cutahua with the help of parents, mothers, residents, leaders and especially with the contribution of older and particularly children of CECIB Mushuk Cawsay, who have followed their own culture and tradition to maintain its own alternative products and thus achieve a good nutrition in the families of the community and the area. In the indigenous world Food sovereignty has been very deep and own, the wisdom of our elders, facing daily production which develops in each of the families, especially in the Cutahua community. To process the work, we have taken important data using personal interviews, meetings, personal observations, texts and internet consultations, records of experience in relation to crop varieties in plots of families and community.
