This research thesis will be based on determine if the Advisory Producing Insurance Agencies measure the use of its resources in other words its productivity using the methodology of management indicators, it will allow us to identify deficiencies in the current procedures to suggest technical forms to improve them.
For this begins by presenting the theoretical framework of characteristics, types, elements, importance and methodology for constructing management indicators, also concepts about productivity, and causes of its decline, its benefits increase, cycles and tools for its measurement. Then the legal framework of the Advisory Producing Insurance Agencies is exposed within the system of private insurance, the authorized insurance branches, also it defines its corporate purpose, obligations and responsibilities, as well as the companies control with an emphasis on the General Insurance Law of Ecuador. |
