The analysis and study of the management indicators currently applicable to companies engaged in the provision of health services can prove the importance of assessing and measuring by a thorough and systematic study the necessary indexes to evaluate the degree of its utility and efficiency in the optimization of resources, quality of services and further provide comparative information between health entities regarding the service provided. Management indicators are measures used to determine the success of a process or task assigned as appropriate to the efficient use of given resources. Management indicators are then used continuously throughout the business lifecycle, to evaluate the performance and results of organizations in all procedures. |
