An appropriate design of the communication network of the three Districts of Education belonging to the Secretariat for Education of the Metropolitan District of Quito (SEDMQ) is important because it allows internal communication among staff working in each of them, with the aim the procedures they serve it properly, quickly and quality.
This project began with the redesign of structured which was upgraded wiring, then worked with the department of technology SEDMQ design, topology and logical addressing of the communications network, following the design proceeded to the configuration of the network devices in each of the education districts such as switch, wireless devices, servers, telephony, etc.
The results of the project implementation was satisfactory, in part server virtualization platform that allows create virtual machines depending on our requirements, in the wireless device's own device driver is activated by checking the operation of hotspod which allows settled network access to mobile devices, with respect to telephony each user has his phone extension to make / receive internal and external calls in the Educational District depending on the permissions assigned to each user. |
