Sumario: Process management has been investigated since the developed theory of division of work in the Industrial Revolution in the nineteenth century. This theory is based on authors such as Smith, Fayol, Taylor and Weber, with a new focus on managing both resources and human talent. The result of this new focus was the standardization of processes in any kind of organizations, in order to achieve more efficiency in the delivery of products or services and reducing the employees’ workload. The management of human talent becomes important to be responsible and indispensable to the success of the organization. The term of human resources is far from the classical definition in relation with man-machine, nowadays the importance is given to people as intelligent activators of organizational resources, implementers of organizational achievements and to be considered as members of the organization goals. In the “Casa Inspectorial Salesiana” the Human Resource Management Department is considered as new, so there isn´t management process developed. Therefore, is proposed this administrative processes manual. It has the objective to be a tool that should be applicate for the benefit of employees of the organization to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes of human talent management, allowing a better organizing and cohesion of processes for employee’s development. The results of this administrative processes manual of Human Resource Management are: map, inventory and characterization of processes in the “Casa Inspectorial Salesiana”, documenting the process of Human Resource Management: recruitment, selection, hiring, induction, training, organizational development, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits; sub processes: organizational climate, position rating, payroll, position analysis, job accidents and incidents, occupational health examinations; and policies: salary, occupational health and safety and emergency plan. Also, formats that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness in implementing Human Resource Management process at the “Casa Inspectorial Salesiana.
